2nd entry

Here comes the second week of the Resources class. I was wondering what Pn. Foziah was going to teach us. It was a surprised when she came in the class with empty-handed. All of us was waiting patiently and listening attentively to what she was going to deliver that day. All of a sudden, she came out with something extra-ordinary which was about the whole syllabus that we were going to learn. She introduced the Big Five,which were the computer module that required us to complete them within a semester.
(i) Internet and computing skill.
(ii)Photo-editing skill.
(iii)Audio-editing skill.
(iv) Video-editing skill.
(v) Software editing skill.
It was extremely astonishing and devastating when we looked at the big thick module brought by Pn.Foziah. It was the sample that produced by our seniors. I was terrified and shocked that I was going to come out with the same thing as well all by my own in this semester. I had got a mixed feeling towards this task. Firstly, I was excited to be given such a Herculean task, I was actually honored and proud to have this. On the other hand, I was praying hard that I could manage to complete the the five modules as soon as possible.
After an hour briefing about the module, she started talking about the main topic of the day "Touch typing". I was thinking what this nasty stuff was all about, whereby we could just use touching to type? The main purpose of Touch typing is to type without finding the keys on the keyboard. It was an amazing stuff for me to master the skill.
Here are some useful tips for us to take into account:-
(i) First of all, the sitting position or posture is very important as it can affect the longevity of using the computer.
(ii) Make sure your hand touch on the keyboard. Place your thumb on the space bar, your first finger of your left hand on the key "F", and first finger of your right hand on the key "J".
(iii) When typing, just look at the document copy. Do not look at the keyboard if you really want to become a "Touch Typing" pro.
